The Service allows you to upload profile pictures and create tournaments. By uploading content to the Service, you agree to grant True Finals a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the content in connection with the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content that you upload to the Service. You agree not to upload content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful. You also agree not to upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

True Finals provides a platform for users to create and run tournaments. Users are solely responsible for the content and administration of their tournaments. True Finals is not a gambling website and is not responsible for the actions or omissions of users or participants in tournaments created through the Service.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when creating and running tournaments on the Service. You also agree to comply with any additional rules or regulations that may be imposed by True Finals from time to time.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, you will no longer be able to access your account or any content or information uploaded to the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Service, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
